Cornwall Electrics was established in 2014 and subsequently incorporated as Cornwall Electrics Ltd. The locally based electrical engineering business has broad capability across commercial, industrial, healthcare, marine, energy, HVAC and controlled environments.
Across the business, our competence covers electrical installation, inspection and testing, AP(LV), hazardous-area working, F-Gas, EV charging, fire and security systems, building controls, power quality and machinery interfaces.
Every project is delivered with clear lines of responsibility, practical communication and the records expected by facilities teams, dutyholders and long-standing customers.

We work throughout Cornwall. Our core area extends from Lostwithiel to the north and south coasts, west towards Truro and east towards Liskeard and Launceston. Work elsewhere in Cornwall, and selected work in Devon, is available by arrangement.
Which electrical services do you provide?
We undertake commercial, industrial and domestic installation, inspection and testing, maintenance, AP(LV), EV charging, energy storage, fire and security systems, lighting, controls, power quality, HVAC electrical work and marine electrical support.
Is Cornwall Electrics NICEIC registered?
Yes. Cornwall Electrics Ltd is an NICEIC Approved Contractor and Domestic Installer, contractor number 606595. Customers should confirm the live registration for the particular work through the official NICEIC register.
Does Cornwall Electrics use subcontractors?
No. The work described on this website is delivered through our own directly employed team, giving customers clear supervision, certification and responsibility.
Do you provide 24-hour emergency callouts?
Out-of-hours and priority response is available only where it has been arranged under a customer-specific service-level agreement. It is not an unrestricted public 24/7 callout service.
What is your fire-alarm scope?
System design is undertaken by the fire-alarm supplier. Cornwall Electrics installs, tests, commissions, periodically inspects, services and maintains fire-alarm systems. We do not install or maintain wet sprinkler systems.
